About the role
- The Manager, Digital Media will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across major digital advertising platforms, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic, as applicable to client needs.
- This role oversees the day-to-day performance of client accounts, contributes to paid media strategy, and manages a small team of direct reports.
- Develop/contribute to and implement paid media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Build and manage complex campaigns, including dynamic ads and other scalable media structures aligned to longer consideration cycles and multi-touch journeys.
- Oversee the media budget allocation and ensure efficient use of spend to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Report regularly on campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to align media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 paid search specialists, ensuring continuous development and improvement.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience working in digital advertising, preferably within a performance marketing agency or in-house marketing team
- 4-6 years of strong hands-on experience managing paid search (Google/Bing) campaigns; experience with paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit) and/or programmatic advertising is required as applicable to account scope
- 1-2 years of experience managing and developing a team of 1-3 people.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns independently and optimize performance based on data and insights
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with enterprise-level clients preferred.
- Experience with B2B preferred.
