Implement tactics as defined by Marketing and Sales plans
Deliver balanced sales presentations to current and prospective customers
Utilize marketing and selling materials for assigned territory
Perform business planning and territory coverage
Distribute samples and record transactions per policy and PDMA
Maintain knowledge of product disease states and indications
Use DiSC profile and selling model in customer engagement
Complete pre and post call analysis and administrative reports
Maintain call average of 8+ calls/day and enter calls in Veeva via iPad
Adhere to compliance policies and safeguard company assets
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) required; life science major preferred but not required
1 year or more Successful outside sales experience; life science industry preferred but not required - Required Skills and Abilities Strong communication and presentation skills - Intermediate
