Visit Amplify classrooms and synthesize observations and findings
Act as a specialist in our customer feedback, drawing insights from data points to aid product strategy
Explore usage data for insights into classroom product usage
Stay up to date on the education market and prepare briefs for leadership and product team
Research competitive product landscape to inform product, design and development decisions
Serve as an expert on our products for marketing, sales, and implementation teammates and collaborate on customer-facing projects
Lead cross-functional product initiatives spanning content, product, design, engineering, platform, marketing and measurement
Drive delivery of initiatives and large-scale projects from concept through execution and release
Conduct research to identify product issues, propose solutions, and build initiatives for the product roadmap
Leverage AI tools to innovate practices for efficient development and increased product quality/impact
Collaborate on design, curriculum, and engineering to execute goals and participate in human-centered design workshops
Lead user testing of new product ideas, run focus groups, and coordinate feature pilots with live classrooms
Communicate product goals and objectives to project team and participate in team ceremonies
Partner with curriculum and design teams to ensure coordination of features and product design guidelines during development
Draft internal communications, release notes and training materials for feature launches; review customer-facing information and support troubleshooting
Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in K-12 product development
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Fluency in Spanish and English
Classroom teaching experience at the elementary, middle, or high school level (Preferred)
Client service experience either in consulting or another field (Preferred)
Outstanding writing skills, including extraordinary attention to details of grammar, punctuation, phrasing, tone, and structure (Preferred)
Ability to coordinate and effectively communicate between multiple stakeholders at varying levels of an organization (Preferred)
Experience in market research (Preferred)
Benefits
Hourly rate range $55 - $60
Contract role expected to end 12/31/26
