• In this role, you’ll support clients from the first point of contact, providing therapy, linking families to resources, and helping bridge gaps in care.
• You’ll work with individuals on the waitlist, offer clinical coverage across programs, and partner with community stakeholders to strengthen connections.
• Deliver therapy and support to clients on the waitlist; in their homes, in the community, or via telehealth.
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical coverage when situations require it.
• Connect clients and families with vital community resources and services.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and clinical supervisors to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality care.
• Strengthening relationships with referral sources, community partners, and other stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to outreach, education, and marketing efforts that promote Amethyst’s programs.

Qualified Professional – Mental Health Counselor

General

• Conduct clinical mental health assessments and evaluations
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provide therapy services: Individual, Family, Group
• Deliver services in-office, in-home, and community settings
• Offer crisis intervention and urgent care as needed
• Document services within 24 hours of delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams, primary care providers, and community partners
• Attend clinical meetings, team supervision, and professional development sessions
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid and private insurance panel guidelines

Licensed Outpatient Clinical Assessor, Clinician

• Perform outpatient addictions treatment for adults in recovery
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment plans
• Provide individual and group counseling
• Develop and monitor personal-centered plans
• Inform consumers about benefits and community resources

Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, LCAS

• Completes clinical mental health screenings, CFTs, and PCPs
• Provides supervised behavioral health support services to individuals, families, and groups
• Assesses progress toward goals of individuals served, coordinating supports and resources, as needed
• Prepares and submits documentation of services within 24 hours of service delivery
• Assists with crisis response and care coordination under supervision as indicated
• Consults regularly with clinical team members on member care
• Communicates with Behavioral Health colleagues, Primary Care providers, and other providers and agencies as needed to facilitate integrative care
• Participates in staff development meetings and in quality of care activities on a regular basis
• Performs other related duties as assigned
