Collect data from assigned tower assets using multiple methods, including Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), maintaining high standards of data quality.
Perform routine site audits on assets in an assigned area/zone in an efficient and cost-effective manner, utilizing UAS and other data collection tools.
Ensure assets meet safety, compliance, and asset integrity standards through implementation of the Company’s Standard of Care by identifying and documenting discrepancies and following through on remediation.
Partner cross-functionally to manage maintenance and repairs within a geographic area for all asset types, including towers, rooftop installations, fiber-based networks, and generators.
Engage with customers and vendors to manage projects, ensuring timelines and safety standards during pre-construction meetings and post-construction site walks and when gathering and processing closeout data.
Respond quickly to issues with the Company’s backup generators, fiber-based networks, or emergency events to meet customer service level agreements.
Spend approximately 75% of time outside a conventional office environment visiting assets in a Company vehicle.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in telecommunications or a related field required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license and demonstrated safe driving record.
Able to travel extensively by car or truck.
Must have, or within a year of hire obtain, FAA Part 107 Certification to operate UAS.
Vendor management experience, real-estate management experience, or a civil construction background preferred.
Knowledge of radio transmitters, receivers, antennas, radio frequency, wireless, or ethernet backhaul experience preferred.
Ability to use discretion when setting priorities and resolving issues in accordance with Company best practices and standards.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to use additional Company software applications.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and traverse developed and undeveloped construction sites.
Approximately 40% overnight travel may be required.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
