Drive commercial excellence across Amcor C&D through Amcor’s Value Plus program and the Amcor Way
Deploy and further develop the company wide Commercial excellence program, “Value Plus” and ensure consistent delivery of “One Amcor Way”
Identify key commercial capability requirements and improvement opportunities to the sales process across AFCD
Identify and execute Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives to build enhanced capabilities, processes and tools within Sales and Marketing
Act as key contact for cross business group Value Plus opportunities, actions and initiatives
Share sales and marketing and Value Plus best practices across Amcor
Enable best in class usage of key systems such as salesforce.com, Voice of Customers and others
Develop and deliver formal training activities associated with commercial capability building programs
Actively lead content and delivery of Amcor Enablers (Customer Relationship Management, Voice of the Customer, etc.)
Ensure program coherence and work with Capability Owners to ensure quality of content, process, training, and outcome
Lead the CELG to a high level of Commercial Excellence outcomes across Amcor
Personally on-board all new commercial hires to Amcor on Amcor’s approach to Commercial Excellence
Requirements
University degree in a relevant field
Substantial experience in sales and business development roles (7+ years in total)
Strong results track record of delivering and growing business through excellence in sales management as well as continuous improvement
Effectively managed transformational projects in a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability in identifying and developing talent
Experienced effective communicator in front of senior audience level
Proven ability to manage and deal with ambiguity
