About the role
- Build relationships with prospects to drive trust-based decisions
- Own full sales cycle from first touch through close and hit ambitious revenue targets
- Lead Ambrook demos end-to-end and close deals independently
- Perform high-volume outreach and manage pipeline using Hubspot, Dialpad, Slack
- Deliver product feedback and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams
- Embed in understanding of farm finance and agricultural bookkeeping to inform sales
- Train and interview peers; contribute to team growth and process improvements
Requirements
- Proven sales experience preferred; open to diverse backgrounds
- Direct farm experience (preferred)
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or door-to-door sales (preferred)
- Athletes and college grads considered
- Thoughtful, compassionate, and empathetic approach to customer interactions
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and communications
- Experience with Hubspot, Dialpad, Slack and sales tools
- Bonus: product-led growth, sales-assist, and channel partner experience
- Bonus: experience in American industry (ag, trucking, construction)
