About the role
- Research target accounts and craft multi-channel outreach to spark high-quality conversations
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop and implement prospecting strategies
- Conduct high-volume prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads
- Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for Regional Sales Managers
- Conduct qualification calls with assigned prospects
- Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate internal resources
- Use and keep Salesforce up-to-date for lead management and sales forecasting
- Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects to convert interest into qualified meetings and pipeline
Requirements
- Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
- A track record of high achievement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Naturally curious and passionate
- Technical aptitude to master sales tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Keenly developed competitive nature
- Highly self-driven, high-energy ('One-speed' energy)
- Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
