The Temporary Clerical Assistants will support our electronic filing project.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, digitizing, and accurately entering documents into our electronic records management system.

What You'll Do Here: Review and organize electronic documents filing.
Upload files to the appropriate electronic folders and databases
Verify the accuracy and completeness of electronic records
Maintain confidentiality and follow company data-handling protocols
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Requirements
Previous clerical, administrative, or records management experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
Comfortable with repetitive tasks requiring accuracy and focus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow standard operating procedures
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in English is an essential requirement for the position of Clerical Assistants including, but not limited to, for the following reasons: The requirement to have study protocols, designs and clinical research documents written and documented in English as required by industry regulatory agencies. The employee communicates frequently with Altasciences employees across Canada and the United States. As such, English is the main language used to correspond between offices.
