Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant litigation experience
- 2+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience
- Strong litigation, case management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage an active caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
