Administrative Assistant

• Lead ALONE's CEO Office and Reporting function.
• Allocate approximately 30% to delivering Board Secretary responsibilities.
• Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance and Board engagement.
• Ensure papers are delivered and governance deadlines are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO's Office and the Leadership.
• Ensure seamless communication, clear accountability, and full compliance with ALONE's governance frameworks.
• Carry company secretarial responsibility including governance returns and maintenance of the register of Trustee and Board records.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and documents, including government departments, regulatory bodies, funders, and partner organisations.

CEO Office Manager

General

• Provide support coordination by devising personalised support plans to address challenges and find solutions to enhance the older persons quality of life.
• Provide access to ALONE’s services while coordinating and enabling older people to access other services in the community.
• Advocate for older people's needs within health, social care, and welfare services, working to streamline access and enhance service delivery.
• Establish and nurture strong referral relationships with both statutory and non-statutory agencies in the designated area, fostering collaboration and access to a wider range of support services.
• Develop and maintain efficient referral pathways for ALONE’s Support Coordination services, optimising service coordination.
• Adherence to ALONE's Quality management systems and policies, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service delivery approach.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), striving to achieve SMART targets that maximize the reach and impact of support services for older people.
• Deliver thorough and timely reports on service developments, challenges and achievements.
• Manage the distribution and installation of technology that enhances older people's well-being and safety.
• Maintain records on ALONE’s CRM database, capturing essential details to inform service delivery and future strategies.

Support Coordinator

Controller

• Manage and be supported by the finance team.
• Report directly to the Head of Finance, Legal and Governance.
• Strong technical accounting expertise with comprehensive knowledge of charity accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience preparing statutory financial statements and managing annual audits.
• Proven ability to oversee complex funding streams, including State funding, grants, donor income, restricted and unrestricted funds.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial planning capabilities.
• Experience developing and maintaining robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
• Expertise in management accounting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and financial performance monitoring.

Financial Controller

Full-stack Engineer

• Assist with ALONES ICT administration with particular focus on services provided to ALONE via 3rd Party service providers or Cloud services.
• Triage & coordinate technical aspects of ALONE environment when incidents or outages require engagement or support of our 3rd party ICT service providers and our business.
• Oversee, administer and manage the ticketing queues, including ALONE CRM and those provided through our ICT partners.
• Track & report on all ICT infrastructure assets including end of life tagging & audits of ICT assets to assist annual budgeting and planning cycle.
• Support ALONE business functions in the gathering of requirements for projects and initiatives involving ICT systems and services and provide ICT project support for business projects and initiatives involving ICT team.
• Help establish requirements for new projects and application developments.
• Manage security assessments and penetration tests, identifying threats and work with our support partners on steps to defend against them.
• Monitor performance & ensure ALONE systems are maintained according to requirements.
• Maintain appropriate levels of technical documentation, manuals & ICT policies.
• Assist in and help develop the security awareness training programme for staff and volunteers.

Technical Services Lead

Community Manager

• Recruit and support new and existing CIN member organisations across Ireland.
• Build strong relationships with members through ongoing engagement, training, and promotion of network benefits.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and community programmes both online and in person.
• Coordinate CIN seminar series to strengthen member knowledge, collaboration, visibility, and community impact while improving supports and outcomes for older people across Ireland.
• Develop partnerships with local services, agencies, and community groups to strengthen supports for older people.
• Organise and promote CIN networking events and member engagement activities.
• Contribute to member communications, newsletters, KPI reporting, and programme updates.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting through Salesforce and internal systems.

• Lead and deliver ALONE’s core services, including Support Coordination, Befriending (Visitation & Telephone), Volunteer Engagement, and Technology Support for older people.
• Drive strong, strategic partnerships with local Statutory, Community, and Voluntary organisations to maximise impact.
• Champion ALONE’s mission locally, promoting services, building referral pathways, and expanding community capacity to support older people.
• Ensure excellence in service delivery, meeting all HSE agreement objectives and delivering accurate, timely reporting.
• Identify and address service gaps, collaborating across sectors to design and implement effective, person-centred solutions.
• Provide impactful reports to funders, stakeholders, and leadership—using data to tell the story and shape the future.

Service Manager

• Manage a programme of work across research, monitoring & evaluation, data management and business intelligence, ensuring high quality work and the achievement of annual strategic objectives
• Provide line management for high-performing research and evaluation team
• Oversee organisational monitoring and evaluation systems, including KPI development, dashboards and routine reporting.
• Lead the design, delivery and dissemination of strategic research and evaluation projects, including oversight of quantitative and qualitative data collection, input and analysis.
• Oversee quality enhancement and management of operational data across ALONE
• Ensure organisational data is translated into meaningful insights that inform decision-making, service delivery, and strategic planning both internally and at a health system level.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, academic partners, funders and external agencies.
• Support dissemination of ALONE’s evidence and insights through reports, presentations, publications and stakeholder engagement.

Research & Evaluation Manager

Project Manager

• Lead strategically important initiatives, assuming the role of Project Manager including initiation, design, scoping, delivery, monitoring, reporting, and cost management from conception to completion.
• Support a diverse portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives across ALONE’s Community, Innovation & Enterprise functions.
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects across the areas community, innovation and enterprise.
• Liaison and co-ordination within internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders to support change navigation, successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with other project managers and stakeholders to identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.
