Lead the development, digitization, and updating of academic content for the DECI Program.
Define and implement quality assurance mechanisms across all content development stages.
Manage collaboration with external partners and vendors, including selection, contracting, and periodic evaluation.
Act as primary liaison with the Ministry’s Academic Committee and translate their directions into executable content plans.
Prepare and present regular progress, quality, and structured reports to Almentor senior leadership and the Ministry’s Academic Committee.
Establish frameworks, standards, and workflows for internal and external content development and updates.
Supervise continuous content updates to align with technological and educational standards and trends.
Oversee transformation of content into digital learning materials and set academic review checkpoints across development, digitization, and maintenance stages.
Define criteria for selecting external partners and develop clear processes and agreements (timelines, deliverables, quality standards).
Monitor and evaluate partner performance, provide improvement recommendations, and represent Almentor in academic and official meetings with the Ministry.
Train internal teams to apply academic quality standards and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Report internally to Chief Business Officer and coordinate with Project Management, Media, Graphic Design, Instructional Design teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
At least master’s or PhD in Educational Technology, Educational Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of proven experience in teaching, educational content development and delivery, educational courses planning, development and maintenance and/or e-learning programs design and development.
Strong background in managing external partners/vendors and working with governmental and/or academic institutions.
Deep knowledge of the digital content development lifecycle (development – digitization – maintenance).
Strong technical content writing and review skills.
Experience with digital content development for K-12 students is an asset.
Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
Experience designing and applying academic quality assurance frameworks.
Experience managing internal multidisciplinary teams (media, design, instructional design) and external vendors.
Strong communication, negotiation, strategic and analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to produce formal reports and documentation for senior stakeholders.
