• Analyze and report on campaign performance with focus on conversion rates, user LTV, and direct revenue contribution.
• Systematically scout, onboard, and manage a diverse network of creators from established to micro-influencers.
• Manage and optimize a significant monthly budget, implement data-driven processes for outreach, contracting, and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with Head of Growth and internal teams to align influencer strategy with business goals and act as subject matter expert.

• Build & own go-to-market: define and execute end-to-end sales strategy, market segmentation, target account prioritization, and maintain a robust outbound pipeline.
• Communicate strategic value: articulate how Almedia’s platform monetizes existing traffic and enhances user engagement to create new revenue streams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to refine the offering and ensure successful integrations based on publisher feedback.
• Drive sales excellence: demonstrate high conversion efficiency and scale sales processes as foundational sales hire for a new rewarded monetization product.
