About the role
- Own the influencer channel: manage agency partnerships and build direct-to-creator collaborations.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance with focus on conversion rates, user LTV, and direct revenue contribution.
- Systematically scout, onboard, and manage a diverse network of creators from established to micro-influencers.
- Manage and optimize a significant monthly budget, implement data-driven processes for outreach, contracting, and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with Head of Growth and internal teams to align influencer strategy with business goals and act as subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling a channel.
- A strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
- Proven experience with both agencies and direct creator outreach, including strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- An entrepreneurial and adaptable spirit that thrives on building processes from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional business acumen and the ability to articulate how your work directly contributes to user growth and revenue.
- Must be able to be present in Berlin office every weekday (application asks about accommodation).
