About the role

  • Own the influencer channel: manage agency partnerships and build direct-to-creator collaborations.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance with focus on conversion rates, user LTV, and direct revenue contribution.
  • Systematically scout, onboard, and manage a diverse network of creators from established to micro-influencers.
  • Manage and optimize a significant monthly budget, implement data-driven processes for outreach, contracting, and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with Head of Growth and internal teams to align influencer strategy with business goals and act as subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling a channel.
  • A strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Proven experience with both agencies and direct creator outreach, including strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • An entrepreneurial and adaptable spirit that thrives on building processes from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional business acumen and the ability to articulate how your work directly contributes to user growth and revenue.
  • Must be able to be present in Berlin office every weekday (application asks about accommodation).
