About the role
- Develop influencer and creator strategies for our clients (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Identify and select suitable creators and influencers
- Manage campaign processes including briefing, communication, and content approval
- Support our clients in operational campaign management
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (KPIs, reporting, learnings)
- Trend scouting: keep an eye on new creators, platforms, and formats
Requirements
- Experience in influencer marketing / social media marketing
- Confident in communicating with clients and creators
- Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and KPIs
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Nice to have: experience with paid media and performance ads
