About the role

  • Take full ownership of Google Ads channel strategy, execution and optimization to hit user acquisition and ROI targets.
  • Oversee and manage other paid channels and allocate budgets optimally across channels.
  • Build and structure the performance marketing team, establish scalable processes and playbooks.
  • Manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and translate performance data into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Creative teams to align marketing goals with company growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling Google Ads and other paid media channels (Search, Display, App Campaigns, etc.)
  • Experience owning and managing other paid media channels like Meta, TikTok, or other user acquisition platforms.
  • History of leading or mentoring a small team, with ability to build and implement scalable processes.
  • Track record of taking full ownership of significant marketing budgets.
  • Exceptional ability to leverage analytics, communicate complex insights, and drive business-level outcomes.
  • Proactive leader, strategic and hands-on operator; passion for building teams and processes.
  • Being present in Berlin office every weekday (per application form question).
