About the role
- Lead hands-on sales: identify, prospect, and close deals with high-volume mobile game publishers, including cold outreach, pitching, negotiating, and securing signed integrations.
- Build & own go-to-market: define and execute end-to-end sales strategy, market segmentation, target account prioritization, and maintain a robust outbound pipeline.
- Communicate strategic value: articulate how Almedia’s platform monetizes existing traffic and enhances user engagement to create new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to refine the offering and ensure successful integrations based on publisher feedback.
- Drive sales excellence: demonstrate high conversion efficiency and scale sales processes as foundational sales hire for a new rewarded monetization product.
Requirements
- Proven track record of identifying, prospecting, engaging, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business to revenue.
- Hands-on sales experience including direct outreach and cold prospecting to key decision-makers at mobile game studios.
- Ability to define and execute go-to-market strategies and leverage market data for prospecting.
- Strong relationship building with publishers that leads to signed agreements.
- Experience working with or selling to mid-to-large mobile game studios, ideally top-tier.
- Experience in gaming or ad tech sales is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial sales leader mindset; impact-driven and strategic.
- Proactive and persuasive communicator, adept at positioning solutions to unlock monetization and engagement.
