Product Designer

• Craft intuitive tools that help mental health providers navigate insurance eligibility and claims processing with ease, while building supportive experiences for internal teams and clients
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and our Lead Product Designer across multiple squads to iteratively solve challenging problems in the insurance space.
• Lead the design of scalable, intuitive user experiences across devices that make it easier for providers to submit and track claims, and for clients to better understand their coverage.
• Apply service design and systems thinking to create higher-impact, cost-saving workflows that improve how Alma processes claims and how internal teams operate.
• Understand and advocate for user needs by driving research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Share ideas early and often through sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and design reviews to foster alignment and collaboration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and across teams, such as Ops, Product Marketing and Analytics, in a highly agile, iterative environment to deliver efficient and valuable solutions.
• Contribute to Alma’s design system and best practices, helping elevate product design as a function within the company.

Senior Product Designer, Insurance

Sales Operations Manager

• Lead and delegate across the Sales Operations team as well as be a hands-on individual contributor.
• Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and other sales tools (Salesloft, Gong, Chili Piper).
• Work with and influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Success, Finance, to implement strategies to improve revenue generation.
• Lead projects from ideation to execution to improve the revenue processes.
• Implement tools and enable integrations that support revenue teams.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data, providing the foundation for effective growth strategies.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities; provide actionable insights that support decision-making.

Director

• Lead Alma's platform transformation, owning the platform roadmap and accelerating delivery of customer value.
• Increase developer productivity and satisfaction through platform improvements and pervasive adoption of AI-powered solutions; drive improvements in DORA metrics.
• Optimize infrastructure and operational excellence, including strategic cost optimization and architectural rollouts to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Champion an AI-first, data-driven culture with consistent use of DORA metrics and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Act as a force multiplier for the CTO, orchestrating strategic and operational initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Directly manage Infra and DevX platform teams and guide the build-out of a software platform group.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, InfoSec, IT, and Product; present platform strategies and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Organize departmental skill development activities and drive financial and resource analysis to identify efficiency opportunities.

Data Scientist

• Apply analytics and machine learning to advance Alma’s capabilities in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Full-stack role with emphasis in both analytics and machine learning
• Generate insights through deep-dive analysis to inform strategy and prioritization
• Improve the performance of RCM processes by building and launching machine learning models such as insurance eligibility prediction
• Define metrics and create dashboards to measure product performance
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B testing experiments to measure model performance and validate product hypotheses
