Administrative Assistant

• Provide administrative support to Regional Customer Service Managers, ensuring agility and organization in day-to-day tasks.
• Monitor operational indicators, consolidate information, and assist in preparing management reports.
• Organize regional schedules, meetings, and events, tracking actions and their execution plans.
• Support control of documents, contracts, requisitions, payments, and other administrative processes for the area.
• Serve as a liaison between Regional Managers and support departments, ensuring efficient information flow and fulfillment of requests.
• Perform administrative controls using spreadsheets and corporate systems, ensuring data is up to date and reliable.
• Prepare presentations and supporting materials for meetings, performance reviews, and management forums.

• Perform initial intake, screening, logging and classification of requests, ensuring proper routing of demands.
• Conduct initial analysis and troubleshooting of recorded tickets, identifying possible causes and logical solutions and directing cases to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain active contact with customers via chat, phone, email or other channels, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service.
• Provide guidance, answer questions and record important information to ensure continuity of the process.
• Schedule technical visits for installation, repair, plan changes, relocation within premises or service migrations.
• Handle both outbound and inbound service interactions with internal and external customers.
