About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform initial intake, screening, logging and classification of requests, ensuring proper routing of demands.
Conduct initial analysis and troubleshooting of recorded tickets, identifying possible causes and logical solutions and directing cases to the appropriate departments.
Maintain active contact with customers via chat, phone, email or other channels, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service.
Provide guidance, answer questions and record important information to ensure continuity of the process.
Schedule technical visits for installation, repair, plan changes, relocation within premises or service migrations.
Handle both outbound and inbound service interactions with internal and external customers.
Monitor activities and routes of installation and repair teams, providing support to field technicians and minimizing impacts on the customer journey.
Address productivity issues and monitor the perception of the service delivered to the end customer, supporting efforts to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma.
Computer literacy and good typing skills.
Previous experience in customer service.
Availability to work on-site.
Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as scheduled).
