About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Customer Service Managers, ensuring agility and organization in day-to-day tasks.
  • Monitor operational indicators, consolidate information, and assist in preparing management reports.
  • Organize regional schedules, meetings, and events, tracking actions and their execution plans.
  • Support control of documents, contracts, requisitions, payments, and other administrative processes for the area.
  • Serve as a liaison between Regional Managers and support departments, ensuring efficient information flow and fulfillment of requests.
  • Perform administrative controls using spreadsheets and corporate systems, ensuring data is up to date and reliable.
  • Prepare presentations and supporting materials for meetings, performance reviews, and management forums.
  • Assist in monitoring quality, productivity, and customer experience indicators, contributing to the organization of regional information.
  • Coordinate travel requests, expense reporting, purchasing, and other administrative activities required to support managers.
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of administrative processes within the Customer Service area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Administration, Management Processes, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in administrative tasks, preferably in customer service, operations, or service areas.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience preparing reports, administrative controls, and monitoring indicators will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
