About the role
- Transform the way we interact with our customers and support the needs of various business units to deliver assets that drive engagement and significantly improve customer experience in innovative ways.
- Design, clean, and engaging marketing collateral spanning multiple mediums and platforms including websites, social, landing pages, newsletters, emails, long and short form content, infographics, event booths, videos and presentations.
- Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to translate complex concepts and data into compelling visual narratives
- Create visually appealing assets from scratch or enhance existing ones, ensuring a consistent and polished look and feel
- Ensure that presentations adhere to the company's branding guidelines, including the use of colors, fonts, and imagery
- Develop custom graphics, icons, and infographics to enhance clarity and engagement
- Implement animations and transitions to improve the flow and impact of marketing assets
- Gather, synthesize, and define the vision for visual aspects of the brand
- Collaborate on competitive assessments and gather necessary inputs to inform a strategy or vision
- Defend design solutions to cross-functional teams, be open to feedback and know how and when to defend design choices
- Incorporate and evolve the design systems, brand standards, and experiences while educating both stakeholders and engineers
- Create effective data visualizations, charts, and graphs to simplify complex information and support key messages
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as necessary to meet project goals
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Work within an agile team setting to complete projects on time and on budget.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree - Graphic Design, Fine Arts or Related OR In Lieu of Education: 7 years - Marketing design, B2C space or related
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years - Marketing design, B2C space or related
- Minimum Experience designing responsive HTML emails
- Expert level proficiency with and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Figma and web design applications
