About the role
- Develop innovative concepts and write compelling copy across B2C, B2B, and internal channels
- Create communications to tell stories and change behavior across print, digital, video, events, and more
- Write website content and assist in search engine optimization efforts
- Research, fact-check and proofread for spelling, grammar and consistency
- Assist in maintaining consistency of message and corporate brand across channels and products
- Collaborate with internal clients to bring projects to timely completion and re-package pre-existing content
- Write blog posts, testimonials, and customer satisfaction stories via member interviews
- Maintain technical documentation, including user guides, online help and product training materials for online and mobile banking
- Work with managers to understand product roadmaps and prepare/update content
- Use data and strategic thinking to improve member retention and new member acquisition
- Manage complex projects with varying deadlines in a team environment
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree - Business, Marketing or Related
- Minimum 3 years - Marketing, copy development or related
- Or 6 years experience in lieu of education - Marketing, copy development or related
- Experience developing clear, concise and persuasive content for digital and traditional mediums
- Experience writing B2C and B2B marketing campaigns, user guides, help content and tutorials for mobile and online banking
- Experience crafting compelling emails, blog posts, and internal marketing communications
- Experience managing complex projects with varying deadlines
- Familiarity with SEO and website content
- Strong proofreading, research, and fact-checking skills
- Experience maintaining technical documentation and product training materials
- Ability to collaborate with internal clients and managers
- Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act compliance and privacy standards
