• Define and execute Allego's customer enablement strategy, building scalable programs that help customers learn, engage, and succeed with the platform.

Senior Manager, Customer Education – Enablement

Events

• Support the event team with coordination and logistics for trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, webinars, customer events, and internal meetings.
• Help manage event details, including shipping, booth materials, registration, show orders, lead capture, attendee lists, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up workflows.
• Create pre-event briefing documents, run-of-show materials, and internal preparation documents for participating teams.
• Coordinate event collateral, promotional materials, booth supplies, signage, and other event assets to ensure teams are prepared and events run smoothly.
• Attend select trade shows and events to support booth setup, on-site logistics, attendee engagement, and introductory conversations with prospects and customers.

• Help maintain organized documentation of event details, deadlines, vendor contacts, budgets, assets, and post-event learnings.
• Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams to collect event requirements, prepare participating employees, and support a consistent attendee experience.

Event Marketing Coordinator

Community Manager

• Own and grow Allego’s customer community strategy, creating meaningful opportunities for customers to connect, exchange ideas, and engage with the brand.
• Develop programs that identify, nurture, and activate customer advocates for community conversations, references, reviews, events, roundtables, and customer stories.
• Expand customer engagement into relevant external communities, forums, peer networks, and online spaces where appropriate.
• Create engagement campaigns and light content that encourage participation and strengthen the customer experience.
• Monitor community activity, identify engagement trends, and share insights with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Events, and other internal teams.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and professional community experience that reflects Allego’s brand and customer values.
• Lead Allego’s strategy for customer review platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and other relevant sites.
• Manage vendor relationships and program execution for review-site initiatives.
• Develop review-generation campaigns across appropriate channels, including customer emails, newsletters, in-app motions, customer success touchpoints, and web placements.
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure review-site messaging, positioning, and customer proof points remain current.
• Track and report on review-site performance, including outreach, engagement, review volume, ratings, rankings, and quality trends.
• Share key wins, rankings, reports, and customer proof points with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other go-to-market teams.
• Own the customer communications calendar in partnership with Marketing Operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Draft and manage customer newsletters, customer content promotions, program invitations, announcements, and other customer-facing communications.
• Ensure customer communications are timely, relevant, segmented, and aligned to customer needs, company priorities, and broader marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations on messaging, audience segmentation, send execution, follow-up, and performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to connect community discussions, product updates, customer education, and customer content into a more cohesive customer communications experience.
• Support customer roundtable strategy, topic development, customer sourcing, and content planning.
• Manage roundtable list segmentation, invitations, follow-ups, and customer communications.

Senior Customer Marketing – Community Manager

Customer Success Manager

• Handling implementation of brand new customers and guiding those customers to expand usage and drive adoption.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of customers, guiding them through the expanded use of the Allego blueprint incorporating best practices, new features, and new use cases to ensure stickiness and ROI.
• Partnering with Sales to manage the smooth transition from Sales to Implementation to Expansion and Renewal.
• Acting as the product expert, customer advocate, and liaison between your customers and Allego’s Product Management team to translate business requirements into product enhancements.
• Executing monthly proactive outreach to clients in order to review usage, opportunities for use case expansion, and assess overall level of satisfaction.

Project Manager

• Identify, assess, and develop new charging sites in close collaboration with the Network Development and Site Design teams, including commercial feasibility and business case evaluation.
• Negotiate and finalize site agreements and commercial conditions with landowners, partners, and municipalities, in line with Allego’s investment and return requirements.
• Assess the deployment concept of charging sites and evaluate overall project feasibility, considering technical, regulatory, grid, and commercial constraints.
• Plan and manage all project phases end-to-end: design, permitting, procurement, grid connection, construction, installation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate and steer all internal and external stakeholders, including landowners, business partners, grid operators, engineering firms, installation partners, hardware suppliers, and local authorities.
• Act as single point of accountability for the rollout of new sites, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
• Supervise and manage external engineering and installation partners, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
• Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation measures to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Allego’s quality, safety, and technical standards throughout the full installation and commissioning process.
