Fully engage in 12-month Sales Development Program–Architectural Track rotational training and development
Participate in a 6-month product and industry training module in Denver, CO
Attend a virtual sales skills course once weekly for 8 weeks
Complete a 3-month immersive SWAP training program in the local market with the architectural team
Complete a 3-month field training rotation with Allegion’s field selling teams
Coordinate and conduct joint sales calls throughout assigned sales territory with regional sales office members
Participate in local security tradeshows representing Allegion’s products and solutions
Build relationships with decision makers and obtain understanding of customers within trade area
Attend factory and outside product training to deepen product knowledge
Learn Allegion organizational structure and utilize tools like Dynamics CRM, Overtur, and PowerBI
Maintain awareness of Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance
Transition into a full-time sales role within the organization after program completion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or Marketing preferred
Recent graduates and those graduating in 2026 encouraged to apply
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States; company will not sponsor employment visas
Strong mechanical and electronics aptitude
Detail oriented with a high level of organization and time management skills
Proficient w/ MS Office tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills essential; bias for action
Ability to travel up to 20%
Willingness to participate in on-site 6-month training in Denver, CO (corporate housing/temporary transportation provided), virtual training (weekly for 8 weeks), 3-month SWAP local market training, and 3-month field rotation
