About the role

  • Be part of the founding team shaping a next generation ERP SaaS platform for the construction industry
  • Build a scalable, multi tenant ERP SaaS platform from the ground up using React, Next.js and a modern frontend stack
  • Implement dashboards, charts, tables, and admin panel from Figma designs with precision and scalability
  • Establish clean architecture, design patterns, and development standards
  • Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment with focus on precision, performance, and long term maintainability
  • Operate in a high performance culture with daily standups (8:00 AM EST / 15:00 Kyiv time) and sprint-based execution
  • Collaborate with backend engineers using Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM and PostgreSQL
  • Participate in technical interviews, coding challenges, and product discussions

Requirements

  • TypeScript (ES6+)
  • React / Next.js
  • State management (RTK/Redux or Zustand)
  • REST API standard
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Git (branches, pull requests, code review)
  • Responsive mobile first UI
  • Experience shipping SaaS interfaces and implementing Figma designs
  • Ability to attend daily standups (8:00 AM EST / 15:00 Kyiv time) and work in sprint-based execution
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS concepts (desirable)
  • (Nice to have) GraphQL
  • (Nice to have) e2e testing (Playwright or similar)
  • (Nice to have) shadcn/ui design system
  • (Nice to have) Performance optimization experience
