About the role

  • Build and lead the delivery of the early versions of their platform, spearheading pilot programs at initial customers
  • Work with the team to think through strategy and the evolution of the business
  • Influence new product and feature design while defining a long-term technical strategy aligned with industry best practices
  • Design and implement platform integrations with outside APIs, partners, and cloud infrastructure
  • Build scrappily to show customer value, then re-architect for scale
  • Hands-on development of front-end and back-end components and UI/UX
  • Talk directly with initial customers and users to gather feedback and validate prototypes
  • Own and lead the architectural roadmap and provide technical leadership to grow engineering and product teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years building across front-end and back-end
  • Ideally looking for someone “front-end leaning” to help round out the current team skillset (Typescript, React, Next.js, GraphQL)
  • Startup experience and/or agency experience (bonus if it is in supply chain). Early-stage product experience building from zero to one
  • Ability to build out various API integrations with speed
  • They use modern open-source data integration tools (ex: Trigger.dev)
  • Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and users. Comfortable leading and managing an engineering team
  • Ideal experience includes previous work with various ERP system API
  • Currently, they do not sponsor applicants for work visas.
