About the role
- Identifying high potential business verticals and executing outbound sales strategies across EMEA
- Defining and communicating A-LIGN benefits and building high-quality value propositions for customers
- Effectively managing sales pipeline and deals using the company sales process and playbook
- Turning inbound demand into closed new business to meet and exceed targets
- Communicating and coordinating with internal support teams to deliver solutions
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge of A-LIGN's business, offerings, competitors, and industry
- Guiding prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing, including negotiating prices and terms
- Immediate and frequent interaction with inbound leads
- Report to Senior Vice President - International Sales
- Hybrid role with expectation to be in Galway office at least 2 days/week and travel ~10-15%
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- Dynamic, high-energy sales professional with new logo sales experience, ideally with a cybersecurity background
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and intent
- A high degree of motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
- Entrepreneurial spirit / eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and structure your time in an efficient and proactive manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Additional European languages would be an advantage
- Exceptional Salesforce rigour to enable you to manage a substantial business pipeline
- Strong communication and intrapersonal skills; ability to build rapport and present persuasively
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
- Expectation to travel 10-15% of time
- Expectation to be in Galway office at least 2 days a week
