Coordinate deliverables for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events—including pre-show marketing, vendor and partner coordination, and on-site support
Support cross-functional event campaigns by building promotional emails, landing pages, and post-event workflows in HubSpot
Collaborate with team members on marketing assets such as event signage, one-pagers, social graphics, ads, and presentations that align with the AlignOps brand
Manage requests and maintain an organized library of deliverables for the marketing and sales teams
Assist in tracking key event and campaign metrics, including leads, engagement, and pipeline influence
Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2–4 years of marketing experience (B2B SaaS or construction tech preferred)
Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub required
Excellent organization and project management abilities, with attention to detail
Strong written and visual communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
