Programmatically help build and scale AlgoSec’s channel marketing program, including To-Partner and Through-Partner marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute partner marketing programs to drive demand and revenue growth through our partner ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales, channel, and marketing teams, to align partner marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Plan, execute, and manage joint marketing activities with key partners, including co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and lead generation programs.
Manage the partner marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of marketing activities and tracking performance metrics.
Effectively manage all aspects of partner event execution (purchase request, campaign set-up, work with designers on graphics, digital team on promotions, shipping material, list clean-up, post-event follow-up, ROI tracking).
Track and analyze ROI of partner marketing activities, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and partner-sourced revenue.
Establish a consistent partner engagement cadence, including webinars, newsletters, training sessions, and communications.
Maintain and continually improve the partner portal with updated content, collateral, and tools.
Collaborate with partners on co-branded assets such as case studies, solution briefs, and sales enablement materials.
Support partner enablement by promoting training and resources to help partners effectively market and sell AlgoSec's solutions.
Conduct weekly partner marketing calls and send post-call actions to the internal channel stakeholders.
Report to Director of Global Field and Channel Marketing.

Requirements
Track record of success in the development and execution of partner marketing campaigns and programs.
5+ years of experience in channel/partner in a B2B technology environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT channels, alliances, and partner ecosystems (experience in cybersecurity or networking a plus).
Skilled in planning and executing multi-touch marketing programs including digital, events, and partner communications.
Experience with partner portals and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalents).
Demonstrated ability to measure and report ROI for partner marketing programs.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence across internal teams and with external partners.
Strong project management skills with a track record of organizing complex initiatives and delivering on deadlines.
Experience managing partner advisory boards or steering committees (advantage).
Familiarity with MDF (Marketing Development Funds) planning, execution, and reporting (advantage).
Strong background in partner communications, including newsletters and digital engagement (advantage).
Experience with partner automation tools (e.g., Impartner, Zift) (advantage).
Established relationships within the cybersecurity partner ecosystem (advantage).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and balance strategic initiatives with tactical execution.
