Customer Success Manager

• Design automated customer journeys across Intercom, CleverTap, and OneSignal to boost activation, conversion, and retention.
• Streamline communications between Students/Parents ↔ Tutors for a seamless lifecycle experience across Sales, Support, and Tutor Success.
• Use analytics and segmentation to spot drop-offs, launch reactivation campaigns, and continuously improve retention.
• Define lifecycle strategy for AlGooru from onboarding → first value → repeat → reactivation.
• Build multi-channel journeys across WhatsApp, in-app, push, and email.
• Create best-in-class onboarding experiences using Intercom + CleverTap.
• Own all outbound communications and ensure consistent tone and timing.
• Build actionable segments and cohorts
• Partner with Sales to align lead nurture, SLAs, and WhatsApp playbooks.
• Partner with Support to embed CSAT, macros, and help center content in journeys.
• Partner with Product & Tech on events, identity resolution, and deliverability.
• Partner with Marketing on promos, seasonality, and referral campaigns.
• Manage WhatsApp Business templates, approvals, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure deliverability, consent, and clear opt-out / opt-down management.
• Maintain QA checklists for all messages (links, deeplinks, tracking, localization).
• Monitor key lifecycle KPIs: activation, onboarding completion, retention, and reactivation.
• Report insights and propose experiments based on performance data.

CRM Lead

Product Manager

• Own the end-to-end student experience across AlGooru’s mobile app and website
• Translate educational and business goals into user-centric product solutions
• Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall learning success
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless and impactful product features
• Define and evolve the student product vision aligned with business goals
• Build and manage product roadmaps and prioritize high-impact initiatives
• Conduct research to guide retention-focused decisions
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch for web and app features
• Convert vision into clear specs and user stories for development
• Drive quality assurance, testing, and timely releases
• Manage backlog and tech sprints for roadmap alignment
• Own and optimize student-facing flows: onboarding, sessions, renewals, feedback, and support
• Improve self-serve flows to reduce support needs and boost conversions
• Partner with CRM/data teams for segmentation and lifecycle messaging
• Ensure product updates align with CRM, dashboards, and internal tools
• Bridge product and ops for tutor-related student workflows
• Define and monitor key product KPIs and analyze usage data to identify and fix drop-offs
• Promote A/B testing and feedback loops to validate changes

Product Designer

• Design intuitive mobile and web interfaces for Tutor App and experimental products.
• Conduct UX research such as user interviews and usability testing.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to align on feature requirements and design handoff.
• Update, manage, and expand the shared design system.
• Lead design QA, gather usage feedback, and iterate accordingly.
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, applying relevant practices to maintain top-notch product quality.
• Deliver 6+ end-to-end product features within 6 months across the Tutor App and New Ventures.
• Reduce tutor complaints/confusion on redesigned features by 20% through improved UX workflows and usability testing.
• Contribute at least 10 new components to the centralized Figma design system within the first 90 days.
