  • **Sales & Revenue Growth**
  • - Drive and exceed monthly sales targets
  • - Engage with inbound leads (parents & students) and convert them into paying customers
  • - Identify customer needs and recommend the best tutoring solutions/packages
  • - Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer value
  • - Follow up consistently to close deals and reduce drop-offs
  • **Account Management & Retention**
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students
  • - Drive retention, renewals, and long-term engagement
  • - Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • **Customer Support & Operations**
  • - Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests across channels (calls, WhatsApp, email)
  • - Resolve issues related to:
  • - Payments & billing
  • - Refunds
  • - Technical issues
  • - Service experience
  • - Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure fast resolution
  • **Process & Performance**
  • - Track and manage customer interactions, tickets, and sales data
  • - Optimize response time and improve customer experience metrics
  • - Identify gaps in the funnel and suggest actionable improvements
  • - Support continuous improvement of internal tools (CRM, ticketing systems)

Requirements

  • **You’re the Sales Account Manager we’re looking for if you have:**
  • - 2–4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • - 1–2 years of experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • - Strong sales and closing skills with the ability to identify customer needs and convert them into solutions
  • - Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive retention or upselling
  • - Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and ownership
  • - Familiarity with Saudi consumer behavior and expectations is a must
  • - Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • **Nice to have:**
  • - Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or service-based businesses
