About the role
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key agencies and advertisers, accelerating traditional and digital media business and unlocking new client relationships
- Consult key advertisers and agencies on leveraging partner platforms to grow business and deliver marketing objectives
- Educate advertisers and agencies on partner products via onsite presentations and one-on-one training
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
- Track revenue performance across the business portfolio and determine/action corrective measures where needed
- Full ownership over commercial success, accountability, and strategic steering of short-term and long-term KPIs
- Propose creative ideas to improve customer service standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar
- Minimum 5 years of ad sales experience, focused on large accounts
- Experience with online advertising, analytics, and social media
- Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Solid project management skills
- Ability to manage large customer relationships and manage through conflict
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented and able to successfully multitask on cross-functional projects
- Positive attitude with a drive to learn
