Develop and manage strategic relationships with key agencies and advertisers, accelerating traditional and digital media business and unlocking new client relationships
Consult key advertisers and agencies on leveraging partner platforms to grow business and deliver marketing objectives
Educate advertisers and agencies on partner products via onsite presentations and one-on-one training
Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
Track revenue performance across the business portfolio and determine/action corrective measures where needed
Full ownership over commercial success, accountability, and strategic steering of short-term and long-term KPIs
Propose creative ideas to improve customer service standards

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar
Minimum 5 years of ad sales experience, focused on large accounts
Experience with online advertising, analytics, and social media
Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Solid project management skills
Ability to manage large customer relationships and manage through conflict
Excellent communication skills in English
Detail-oriented and able to successfully multitask on cross-functional projects
