About the role

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key agencies and advertisers, accelerating traditional and digital media business and unlocking new client relationships
  • Consult key advertisers and agencies on leveraging partner platforms to grow business and deliver marketing objectives
  • Educate advertisers and agencies on partner products via onsite presentations and one-on-one training
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
  • Track revenue performance across the business portfolio and determine/action corrective measures where needed
  • Full ownership over commercial success, accountability, and strategic steering of short-term and long-term KPIs
  • Propose creative ideas to improve customer service standards
  • Join Aleph’s Pinterest team as Client Partner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of ad sales experience, focused on large accounts
  • Experience with online advertising, analytics, and social media
  • Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Solid project management skills
  • Ability to manage large customer relationships and manage through conflict
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented and able to successfully multitask on cross-functional projects
  • Positive attitude with a drive to learn
