About the role
- Oversee Treasury Front/Middle & Back Office for Global operations including LATAM, EMEA, MENA and APAC regions (+90 markets)
- Lead and control Aleph Regional Treasury Teams ensuring alignment with local business needs and corporate guidelines
- Manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow including forecasting daily cash requirements and executing daily financing decisions
- Ensure compliance with cashflow management process and full adoption of the Treasury Management System
- Manage the company payment policy, assure compliance with global policy and internal controls, and coordinate payment cycle
- Maintain and update Treasury policy according to best practices
- Lead KYC requirements from a banking perspective
- Monitor changes in government and central bank regulations and adapt processes accordingly
- Partner with Global Treasury Director to deliver global treasury strategy within the regions
- Supervise local cash flow forecasting and reporting and manage intercompany funding process seeking optimization
- Optimize bank costs and analyze innovative tools to support business growth
- Manage financial institution relationships including negotiation of cash management products
- Ensure timely monthly reporting deadlines are met and coordinate global cash management tools to centralize financial information
- Participate in cash centralization process and strategies, including compliance with trapped cash targets
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in finance leadership, leading a global/regional treasury center and/or in a regional bank's transactional team
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management from a top undergraduate institution, or equivalent experience
- MBA, CFA, and/or CPA is a plus
- Knowledge of LATAM, APAC & EMEA banking and regulatory environment
- Strong people, communication, project management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Lookerstudio, Kyriba, Bloomberg, SAP and Power BI is a plus
- Fluency in English
