About the role
- Empower global sales teams by equipping them with tools, training, and resources to achieve revenue goals
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for sales teams
- Develop sales playbooks, collateral, and competitive intelligence resources
- Align enablement initiatives with GTM strategies to accelerate pipeline conversion
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to create impactful content
- Measure and track effectiveness of enablement programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales enablement or training experience in SaaS/RegTech
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, fraud detection, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent presentation, content development, and facilitation skills
- Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and geographies
