Sales Development Rep

• Build and work a target account list of large enterprises with the Head of Sales and Marketing
• Run multi-threaded outbound to CISOs, VPs of Security Engineering, Heads of AppSec, and their teams through email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and warm networks
• Qualify inbound and outbound interest against the ICP
• Conduct first-call discovery and prepare informed meetings for AEs
• Define MQL-to-SQL criteria, handoff processes, and disqualification criteria with Sales and Marketing
• Build outbound processes from scratch, including sequences, messaging tests, call scripts, objection handling, data sources, enrichment, CRM hygiene, dashboards, and documentation
• Operate an AI-augmented desk for account and persona research, list building, signal detection, personalization, call review, and reporting
• Evaluate and adopt sales tools
• Provide specific market-objection feedback to Product and Marketing

Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the first post-sales hire
• Act as the technical owner of enterprise accounts
• Build the post-sales function supporting enterprise accounts
• Own onboarding, integration, adoption, escalation, and renewal activities
• Take over responsibilities currently split between sales and engineering
• Build processes, playbooks, runbooks, and review cadences where none exist
• Run customer business reviews for senior stakeholders and customer executives
• Support organizations in securing software and resolving vulnerability issues at speed and scale

Security Engineer

• Lead technical deployment, configuration, and integration of AISLE’s autonomous security platforms into sovereign, air-gapped, and high-security enterprise networks across the UK and EU
• Read customer and platform codebases in C/C++, Rust, Go, and Python
• Assist with vulnerability identification, patch verification, and custom security tooling integrations
• Serve as the technical feedback loop between field deployments and core Engineering/AI teams
• Translate unique operational edge cases into core platform capabilities
• Navigate customer authentication, cross-domain solutions, network constraints, and compliance frameworks
• Build trust with customer engineering, SOC, and operational leadership as a subject matter expert in vulnerability management and automated defense

Forward Deployed Engineer – Vulnerability Management, Security

Chief Marketing Officer

• Define, execute, and own the global marketing roadmap, aligning brand identity, demand generation, and product marketing with company revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and scale the cross-functional marketing and operations team
• Own the marketing funnel from end to end, orchestrating inbound engines and sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
• Oversee the PR strategy and brand presence, ensuring effective translation of advanced AI concepts into impactful narratives
• Partner with RevOps specialist to manage marketing tech stack and establish robust attribution models and dashboards
• Work with product and engineering teams to create compelling materials
• Manage global marketing budget across channels, tools, events, and agency partners

Head of Marketing

Solutions Engineer

• Partner directly with the founders in enterprise sales conversations as the technical expert
• Lead discovery sessions with CISOs and security teams to uncover needs, assess environments, and frame how our solution delivers measurable outcomes
• Design, run, and support proof-of-concepts (typically 2-week pilots) that showcase the ROI of autonomous vulnerability remediation
• Build trusted relationships with prospects by solving technical challenges and guiding them through onboarding
• Translate prospect feedback into clear insights for our product and engineering teams to shape roadmap and prioritization
• Develop reusable technical assets (demo environments, customer decks, PoC playbooks) to help scale future GTM efforts
• Serve as a founding member of the US team, helping to define our customer journey, processes, and culture from the ground up
