Lead the Workplace Support team, setting goals, priorities, and development paths
Take full ownership of the workplace environment, ensuring availability, performance, and user satisfaction across several European countries
Manage vendors, licences, and service providers to guarantee service quality and cost efficiency
Oversee compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements (incl. DORA), and audit standards
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports for senior management, and drive continuous service improvement
Oversee administration and governance of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, etc.) and define security settings and access controls
Direct deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Apple devices (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads)
Define and enforce workplace security policies including device encryption, app management, and compliance monitoring
Oversee inventory management of workplace devices, software, and licences and manage documentation and playbooks
Support employees using cutting-edge technologies; evaluate and recommend new workplace technologies
Lead workplace-related projects, upgrades, and audits and ensure remote workplace support for employees in newly opened branches across European countries
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT workplace administration (Google Workspace, Apple)
Proven experience in managing a team and leading IT workplace initiatives
Strong knowledge of IT security principles, practices, and compliance requirements (e.g. DORA, GDPR)
Track record of managing workplace vendors, budgets, and licences
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with enterprise IT environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience in supporting innovative, cutting-edge technologies in a corporate environment
Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g. Google Workspace Administrator, Jamf Certified)
Openness to work from our Warsaw office (3 days per week) in a hybrid model
