About the role
- Be the Digital & Media Manager of selected brands
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional and cross-country teams (global & local)
- Lead the responsible media agency to develop best-in-class strategies in different markets
- Execute digital content for advertising campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to inform future campaign strategies
- Support the brand in content adaptation across various (digital) platforms
- Support brand teams in influencer marketing to make our brands visible
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing as well as traditional media
- Demonstrated experience in executing (digital) advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Very good media landscape knowledge in east Europe
- Fluency in English is required and fluency in Polish is advantageous
- Working with OTC products is a plus
- Passionate about (digital) media & marketing, social media, and digital brands
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, eg. business manager
