About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and KPIs.

- Travel 30-50% and act as the face of Aigen in the field to scale chemical-free farming solutions across America.
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales and/or business development, preferably in AgTech
- Deep agricultural background with farming roots and understanding of grower culture
- Proven track record closing large-scale deals and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel 30-50% across regions
- Experience with AgTech sales, multi-million dollar partnership closures, and contract negotiations
- Public speaking and product demonstration leadership
- Strategic partnership development with industry organizations
- Experience in startup environments requiring versatility and rapid execution
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
