Compliance: Stay informed about affordable housing regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws. Community Engagement: Organize community events, workshops, and activities to enhance the sense of community among residents.
Requirements
Previous experience in property management, preferably with a focus on affordable housing. Knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle tenant relations, conflict resolution, and customer service effectively. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
