Executive Assistant

• Manage Outlook by reviewing all items & meeting requests in a timely manner & actioning, delegating, marking for follow-up, filing or drawing attention to urgent/ business critical items.
• Deal promptly and comprehensively with all enquiries and correspondence, prioritising where necessary, referring as appropriate and personally dealing with them where this is possible.
• Draft and edit meeting requests, emails, internal team communication, presentations and letters on behalf of the General Managers.
• Creation of external materials representing the team’s activities and plans.
• Manage and follow up action / to do lists of key team members.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and actions (where appropriate), for circulation of information to participants (pre & post meetings) by agreed timeframes.

Personal Assistant

Analyst

• Lead the development of hub specific strategies and development plans aligned to AGL’s Energy Hubs vision
• Build, maintain and analyse financial models to assess investment opportunities, partnerships and commercial proposals
• Develop robust business cases and recommendations for senior leaders, executives, the Board and external funding partners
• Support negotiations by contributing to core commercial terms, underpinned by financial analysis and risk assessment

Senior Strategy Analyst

• Lead the operational delivery of outbound and digital engagement programs through internal and third-party vendor teams, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and achieve defined performance outcomes.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify customers at risk of payment difficulty and enable early intervention through tailored support initiatives.
• Leadership and ownership of C&A vendor relationships, including management of key objectives, KPIs, performance, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business reviews (QBRs).
• Provide governance and oversight of third party vendors managed by other business units, such as Customer Solutions, including performance management, quality assurance frameworks and compliance adherence.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with organisational strategy and regulatory obligations.

• Oversee construction execution, performance management and assurance, while coordinating multiple contractors and technical partners across a complex brownfield site.
• Driving strong safety leadership and embedding a proactive HSE culture across all site teams.
• Leading a multidisciplinary project team and fostering collaboration, performance and accountability.
• Managing major contracts, split‑contract interfaces, commercial risk, variations and claims.
• Overseeing project controls, budgets, forecasting and reporting in a fast‑moving environment.
• Leading project execution across design integration, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Managing regulatory, grid and operational interfaces including AEMO, connection partners and K1 operations.

Senior Project Manager – Gas

Account Manager

• Develop and lead the engagement program to support new generation and storage projects in conjunction with the Senior Manager Stakeholder Engagement SA and other key members of Corporate Affairs.
• Lead engagement with the Traditional Owners of lands on which AGL is either developing new energy project or operating existing assets.
• Monitor and report on stakeholder needs, interests and issues, and proactively recommend actions to manage identified risks.
• Develop communications materials and utilise a range of forums and channels to ensure local communities are informed, engaged and have opportunities to provide input into AGL’s projects and operations in SA.
• Facilitate engagement with key community groups with an interest in AGL projects and operations, including facilitating visits and tours to AGL sites.
• Participate in systems, policy and process improvement initiatives to improve team operation.
• Work proactively across appropriate business units within AGL which may include project, communications, media and regulatory teams.

Community Relations Manager

Electrical Engineer

• Lead electrical asset performance assessments, investigations and troubleshooting across Gas and BESS sites.
• Develop and maintain asset management strategies aligned to ISO 55000 and business requirements.
• Provide technical input into capital projects, including scope development, tender evaluations and whole-of-life assessments.
• Support regulatory compliance activities, including responses to NEM requirements and generation licence obligations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities that enhance safety, reliability and cost efficiency.

Senior Electrical Engineer – Gas, BESS

Manager

• Leading negotiations of complex commercial agreements with third parties, including NSPs, government bodies, OEMs and BOP providers.
• Developing and delivering investment business cases aligned to AGL’s strategy, including managing key inputs to the financial model , obtaining and disseminating market insights and stakeholder mapping.
• Preparing high quality CIRC/Board papers, bid submissions and contributing to grant applications, representing the Commercial team as required .
• Evaluating and preparing commercial instructions for the AGL legal team.
• Coordinating interfaces between the Commercial team and the Construction, Operations and Development teams to ensure alignment on key contracting requirements.
• Defining and communicating each project’s commercial strategy and contract structure, managing this through to NTP.
• Conducting market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and validate project site characteristics.
