• Responsible for the development and optimisation of electrical, mechanical and civil maintenance strategies across the Hydro Power portfolio, to minimise asset downtime and ensure assets are maintained efficiently and effectively.
• Skilled in analysing turbine performance, condition monitoring data, and failure trends to proactively improve asset reliability.
• Strong capability in root cause analysis, FMECA, and developing cost-effective monitoring solutions for complex engineering issues.
• Experience in refining Reliability-Centered Maintenance strategies and optimising spare parts and task intervals based on asset criticality.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Familiar with SAP, Data analysis software, and reliability software to support performance reporting and decision-making.
