About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Executing performance strategies across the portfolio to continuously improve debt and revenue performance.
- Develop and implement an action plan for 90+ aged balances/ top debtors remediation across PMF segments.
- Proactive monitoring, investigation and analysis of debt performance reports, metrics, forecasts and trends, on a daily and weekly basis.
- Interpreting, documenting and delivering regulatory/ functional changes that may impact data, system or process in a timely manner.
- Implementation of debt performance initiatives that impact positively on debt book and customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Process knowledge in credit management and collections, particularly within energy industry.
- Understanding of dunning process/ collection strategies.
- Ability to analyse processes, recommend a solution & drive the solution to completion.
- Clear understanding of ERP platforms (added advantage to have prior exposure to Salesforce, SAP ISU / CRM).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with focus on detail (added advantage to have SQL knowledge).
- High quality written and verbal communication.
- Proven experience as a business/operational analyst in similar or related businesses.
