About the role
- ERP Connectivity: manage integrations to surface customers' future financial flows (supplier invoices, customer invoices, quotations) for cash flow visibility.
- Build and maintain two-way connectors between Agicap and SAP Business One.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: tech, product management, customer success.
- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and assist in designing effective connectors for various use cases.
- Lead testing and implementation processes of ERP integrations with clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Iterate on integration solutions based on client feedback and evolving needs.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for ERP connectors, ensuring compatibility with major versions and new releases.
- Document integration processes and create training materials for internal teams and clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new features and generate revenue through successful product deployment.
Requirements
- Must have: you have several years of functional expertise on SAP Business One with a focus on accounting & finance modules.
- You have at least 2 years' experience of managing technical projects, and you know how to work with developers.
- You have an appetite for technical subjects and may have already done some development work.
- In any case, you know what an API is, you can read the documentation and test it independently.
- You're capable of leading a team and organizing delivery around agile practices (whatever they may be).
- You are fluent in English and French. Spanish, Italian or German is a plus.
- You like talking to users, solving their problems, and you're good at teaching and empathy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise messaging for various audiences and vice versa.
