About the role

  • Assist customers daily with orders, schedule shipments, provide quotes, process and follow up on invoices
  • Work on the front line with the sales team to help customers bring products to market
  • Multitask across customer inquiries, order processing, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams and participate in training programs
  • Provide customer-focused support to ensure timely delivery and invoicing

Requirements

  • Customer-focused with strong multitasking skills
  • Creative problem solving
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP packages (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination)
  • Two or more years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
