About the role
- Assist customers daily with orders, schedule shipments, provide quotes, process and follow up on invoices
- Work on the front line with the sales team to help customers bring products to market
- Multitask across customer inquiries, order processing, and scheduling
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams and participate in training programs
- Provide customer-focused support to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
Requirements
- Customer-focused with strong multitasking skills
- Creative problem solving
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP packages (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination)
- Two or more years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
