About the role
- Proactively plan, coordinate, and publish content in collaboration with other Teams.
- Take ownership of case studies, blog posts, and social media, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery across all channels.
- Create powerful growth campaigns across Paid (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM) and Organic (SEO, content, social, lead magnets).
- Build and optimize funnels (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) that turn awareness into real enterprise opportunities.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline workflows, support ideation, proofreading, and optimization, and maximize overall marketing impact and output.
- Experiment, test & iterate – from landing page A/B tests to email workflows and funnel optimizations.
- Sharpen our positioning, messaging, and ensure consistent rollout across all channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnership, UX/UI Design, and director-level executives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on B2B marketing experience in SaaS, digital-agency, or web-solution environment (ideally CMS, DXP, Open Source in general, or WordPress services).
- Ability to architect a differentiated brand strategy (positioning, messaging, visual guardrails) and proactively drive its roll-out across all channels.
- Experience in forward-looking content planning, development of case studies, proofreading and implementation, as well as personally creating, QA-ing and publishing blog articles, landing pages and social posts.
- Proven lead-generation track record for enterprise / large-account funnels (MQL → SQL → Opportunity), using both paid acquisition (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM platforms) and organic channels (SEO, AI, content, lead-magnets, social).
- Data-driven, performance-oriented mindset: comfortable building KPI dashboards, defining KPIs (CAC, CPL, pipeline velocity, ROI), and iterating growth experiments.
- Hands-on mentality: able to plan campaigns AND jump into execution (copywriting, email workflows, landing-page A/B tests, etc.).
- Leadership readiness: previous people-management experience OR clear ambition to coach and eventually lead a 3-5-person team.
- Native English communication (spoken & written).
- German proficiency is a plus.
- Fluency with modern Martech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics GA4, Looker Studio, CMS editors, basic HTML/CSS).
- Enterprise-grade stakeholder skills: comfortable collaborating with Sales, Partnership, UX/UI Design, and director-level executives; able to translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Work discipline: self-organised, excellent asynchronous communicator, comfortable in distributed teams across time zones.
- Eager to experiment with new trends and AI innovations, using them to drive smarter campaigns and results.
- A positive, “yes-we-can” attitude, love to experiment and learn fast, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with WordPress, experience in scaling multilingual campaigns (DACH, EMEA, US), certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Pragmatic Marketing, OpenAI Academy).
