About the role
- map and document the full agent referral funnel
- identify drop-offs for each stage
- spot friction points and recommend changes to improve conversion
- partner with product/eng/design teams to test new flows or incentive models
- run experiments, track impact, and iterate based on data
- propose how this funnel infrastructure could apply to other B2B use cases
- collaborate with BD, GTM, and product teams to shape future-facing B2B systems
Requirements
- familiarity with CRM’s (e.g. Hubspot)
- prior product, strategy experience is a plus
- ideally startup BD or growth background
- interested in the latest AI tools and willing to experiment
- enjoy building structured systems and being able to go deep on data, but thinking in human journeys
