About the role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of innovative loyalty constructs and strategies across product suite.
- Create and execute multi-channel strategic marketing campaigns with Marketing Leaders, Product Management, and direct report(s).
- Drive execution of approved strategy, managing program planning, budgeting, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service leadership, and Product Management to assess and optimize consumer communications.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support loyalty marketing initiatives.
- Manage revenue forecasts including annual establishment and monthly reforecasting based on performance actuals.
- Analyze performance of existing loyalty programs to identify growth, optimization, and innovation opportunities.
- Implement metrics and tracking with Database Marketing team to monitor results and model impact.
- Identify A/B testing opportunities and design experiments to optimize campaign components.
- Develop and present data-backed recommendations and clear presentations to senior leadership.
- Coach and develop direct report(s) to achieve business results and adapt to evolving strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 8 years work experience in multi-channel marketing or related function.
- Minimum 5 years work experience managing consumer loyalty programs.
- Prior supervisory experience and/or leadership training.
- Minimum 3 years experience working with revenue and budget forecasts, reporting performance against goals.
- Minimum 3 years experience leading hypothesis-driven A/B tests, experiment design and statistically significant testing methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of the customer lifecycle and multi-channel marketing.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as PowerBi, Google Analytics, etc.
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CDPs, campaign automation, or CRM tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with ambiguity on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership competencies and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically ~5%.
