Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Develop, implement, and track direct to consumer marketing initiatives
Manage follow-up with prospects from webinars and workshops, coordinate outreach communications, and maintain clean, actionable CRM data to support outbound marketing and sales efforts
Support end-to-end campaign execution and event logistics—gathering assets, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of materials—while tracking performance metrics to inform strategy
Provide onboarding support and troubleshoot participant issues, while enabling advisors with pre-qualified appointments and streamlined scheduling coordination
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
Engage directly with certain clients to enhance customer experience with marketing support
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports to the team
Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field within financial services industry
Retirement recordkeeping background a preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, DC Pro, Photoshop)
