About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of product-level marketing strategies that accelerate growth across DOXA’s consumer vertical portfolio.
  • Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams—transforming customer insights into compelling messaging, launch strategies, and sales enablement tools.
  • Work across teams to shape go-to-market approaches, refine messaging, and ensure our growth team is equipped with the right tools to succeed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within insurance or financial services
  • Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning across multiple audiences at each stage of the buying journey.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting GTM strategies and product launches.
  • Strong track record of building sales enablement resources that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Analytical mindset with experience mining and activating insights from product and/or campaign reporting.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to distill complex concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
