About the role
- Take ownership of paid media accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitter including daily decision-making on budgets, ad performance, and optimization
- Manage basic social media tasks, provide reporting, and handle administrative duties to support agency operations
- Act as primary point of contact for clients; communicate clearly and confidently in meetings and presentations
- Implement and execute digital marketing strategies and provide tactical campaign support
- Utilize digital platforms like Shopify and social ad management tools; support email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Iterable (plus)
- Conduct reporting and analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of paid advertising, digital marketing strategy, and data analytics
- Direct experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (essential)
- Experience with TikTok, Twitter, or other paid channels (highly valued)
- Familiarity with Shopify (a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present confidently and professionally to clients
- Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, including regular meetings and presentations
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and willingness to collaborate in a team environment
- (Nice to have) VA-type administrative background in an agency setting
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp
